Why can't I see all orders for my institution?
Your Carolina Complete Order History account is set up to display the orders that you have submitted. If requested, a specific account can be configured to display orders from other buyers within a single institution. Please contact your organization's account administrator if you have questions about your Carolina Complete Order History permissions.
Why are there multiple shipments for a single order?
We ship products from multiple warehouses, which may cause a single order to ship at different times. All shipments should appear with your order details, available in the Shopping History tab.
Carolina Complete Order History Definitions
- Order Number—a 7- or 8-digit number that identifies your unique Carolina order. For example, you may see order number WB – 23812345 – 00010 on your confirmation, but Carolina Complete Order History only looks at the middle digits (23812345 in this example) when searching.
- Customer Reference Information—either the purchase order number or the last 4 digits of the credit card used on the order.
